Receipt for $9.90 SGD Charge for $10 in my bank statement

Going through my account for the year and I have receipts for $9.90 and Spotify is actually billing me $10 a month. Overcharging users an extra 10 cents a month adds up to a substantial amount of money if they overcharge everyone in Singapore and expect everyone to look the other way.

It is unlawful to bill me for more than the invoiced amount. Regardless of how nominal the amount is.

I either need a receipt which shows the actual amount billed, or I need a refund of the accumulation of the extra 10 cents Spotify has been overcharging me as it is not the agreed upon amount.
