Receiving emails for notifications that I've unsubscribed.

Receiving emails for notifications that I've unsubscribed.

A long time ago I unsubscribed from all but one kind of notification, yet I'm still receiving the ones I've unsubscribed from. How do I fix this?

If all of your email notifications are set to off on your online profile but you are still getting them, it sounds like you may have a duplciate account in the system which is surprisingly common if you use the same email address for Spotify as for Facebook.

If you get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form they can lend a hand to stop the emails.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
