Reset password logged back in no access to my Premium or playlists

Reset password logged back in no access to my Premium or playlists

I was trying to log in on my computer couldnt remember the password so i reset it i can now log in under the same acccount as before on both my computer and phone which is where i used my premium and created my playlists but now i have no access to either premium or the playlists i created on the same account. I already paid for premium for this month. Any help would be appreciated.

Hey there , welcome to the community!

 

That's odd. Can you make sure you're logging in the correct account?

 

Try the following:

    1. Check your subscription page. Your status should be Premium.
    2. If you're on Premium, try signing out and back into the app.
    3. If it says Free, check the receipt Spotify send to your email inbox. Make sure you're signing in with the username on that receipt. If the username on your receipt is a 10 digit number, please sign in with your Facebook login details.

Keep in mind, if your account was created using Facebook, you can only reset your "Spotify password" by resetting the one you use on Facebook
