Thanks for posting and welcome to the Spotify Community.

 

I'm very sorry to hear you're seeing this odd behavior. I suggest you follow the steps to log out everywhere and then remove access to all devices you don't recognize within your apps here

 

If you think someone might have gained access to your account, you can also follow the steps to reset your password
