Solve a ban

This is quite crazy. My previous account was banned two weeks after Spotify arrival in Italy. Spotify tried to take 10€ from my paypal account before the end of the 1 month trial, and after a week they managed to get them. I blocked the payment, and they banned me. I also stopped receiving emails from the Support about this problem. And this all happened in february. I wrote another mail about the problem, with a new account (this one), 9 days ago, and didn't get an answer.

 

Suggestions? Similar experiences? Is there any privileged channel of communication with the Spotify team?

Who's your Spotify Star?

I also tried to stop paying for premium due to the fact that money is tight at the moment and so I contacted my credit card company to stop the subscription and now when I tried to start it back up, my account is banned. Any help? Please! I want my playlists back.

hello i open spotify to my pc as an app and the browser and i see "something is wrong pls refresh the page"and from my phone i can log in normaly and listen to music please help

This type of issue is usually related to some damaged cache stored on your device from previous versions. We'd recommend performing a clean reinstall of the app by following the steps in this article. This is often an overlooked step, but it's more thorough than a quick one and can be helpful in getting rid of any cache that might be causing trouble.

 

If the issue persists, would you mind checking with a different network connection. If you don't have another one available, you can use a mobile data hotspot to test it.

 

Lastly, include in your next response the make, model and OS version of your device, along with the Spotify version you're currently running. This will give us a better look.
