Someone hacked my account & is now using my account with my card info.

Someone hacked my account & is now using my account with my card info.

Someone hacked. My account started downloading a bunch of songs deleting all of my songs, and then when I went to try to remove my card, it wouldn't let me and the app ended up logging me out and then I was no longer able to get into my account because when I reset my password it created me a whole new account in regards to my email. I never reset my password so I don't understand how this is happening, but I need that account to be shut down now. It's really frustrating that you guys don't have a customer support line or any way to actually get things resolved in regards to situation like this I think it's super unprofessional with the level of platform you guys are on.

 

my device is an iPhone 13 promax. I've had a premium account with you guys for years and just paid my bill for it this month so I'm really annoyed. I don't want to have to pay another bill for a whole different account. I will be contacting my bank and having that charge disputed.

Also, please keep in mind that any chargebacks will result in the account getting disabled.
