Someone is using my Spotify even after I changed passwords AND email

Someone is using my Spotify even after I changed passwords AND email

After I noticed someone using my account I changed passwords and clicked the ‘sign out of all devices’ button. A day later somehow the random user was using my Spotify, so this time I changed passwords AND emails, and then clicked on the ‘sign out of all devices’ button. But somehow this person still has access to my account as I saw they added a random song to my playlist. I’ve already made sure that my account was no longer linked to any third party websites and still this person has access I need help.

Hey @DaBluDude91 ,

Thanks for coming to the Community.

I recommend first signing out everywhere at https://spotify.com/account, and once that's been done, changing your password 🙂

I also recommend making sure that none of your email accounts were compromised and that there's no harmful software on your devices (e.g. a virus, malware, software to steal login details). 🙂

Thanks, and let me know how it goes!
