Someone made into my account

Hello, my name's Joao Bricki. I've been away from Spotify for quite a while now (last use at around November 2017) and today I decided to use it again, but I've noticed that someone may have got into my account, changing the password and email so I can't reset the password, and how are you even supposed to change the account email when it's linked to Facebook anyway.
I'm super lost on how this forum works, nor to who should I ask to reset my account settings or rollback to the old settings. I kindly ask to the Spotify Staff to help me out, thank you.
