Spotify Family account

I have a Spotify Family account. I cannot invite my son. I have tried many times to invite him, but he didn't receive my inviting mail. Is there another way to invite a family member? Christian

Thanks for reaching out.

The only way to invite someone is to send them an invite via Email. Can you try sending the invite again, from a different browser/incognito window?

Hi Maxim,

  same Problem with my daughter. 😞

  The good message is: I have a solution. My son and my daughter have already free Spotify accounts. In the invitation you cannot use the email address of an existing Spotify account. After I have used other email addresses of my children in the invitations, they received their invitations. 🙂

  Spotify: please point out to this problem. Furthermore a little error message in such case could be very helpful. 🙂
