Spotify Premium not Working

Hello,

I have a Spotify premium account when I was in Malaysia which deducts money every month for premium charge.

I left Malaysia and I'm in Another country at the moment. Now Spotify asked me to change my country which I did. Funny thing is now my subscription has been changed to Free when the renewal was just removed yesterday from my Malaysia account.

What I don't understand is does changing country mean totally having a new subscription?. Shouldn't the subscription I have still working since I'm paying for it?
