Hey!
So I tried out the free trial of Spotify and I loved it but because currently I don't have a job I've had to cancel my subscription but when I went to do that, I got to the point where it wants me to validate it by logging into facebook and once I've logged in through facebook it redirects me back to the page I come from that links me to facebook and when I look in my settings it still says I've got premium could someone help. I'm realy worried that it'll overdraw my account or something like that!!!

Is it possible to try a different browser or incognito/private mode? Sometimes that can make all the difference!
Otherwise, if you get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form they will be able to get it cancelled manually for you.
If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

Hello I had the same problem I had to go through my Itunes account and turn off the automatic subscription. The cancel subscription option was not showing up on the traditional Spotify account page. So try your Itunes account as you might of paid through the Itunes app store or your andriod app store account.
I can't seem to cancel my subscription successfully either ... Spotify keeps telling me to authorize the cancellation through my facebook account and I get the run around on clicking multiple links. Please somebody at Spotify help meeeeeeeeeeee =(

hey i'm having the same problem trying to cancel my subscription. it keeps telling me that there was an error and wont sign into facebook. can you cancel my subscription?
I'm also having problems unsubscribing right now. Same issue - I get errors at the point of verification by FB login. Pls help unsubscribe me. I enjoyed the discounted trial and was considering returning when i had time to listen more, but if this is the issue we all have to go through to unsub when we want... it doesn't seem worth the trouble much 😞

I have sent 2 messages with regards to cancelling my free trial before I get charged for the monthly subsription, however the message I get back asks me to check the community notice board for help ideas, or use the form!! Still not happy, I have to log in with facebook and then there is no option, to cancel a free trial, I think its a bit of a con, hoping people will get furstrated and then do nothing about cancelling the account, well I wish to cancel it right now, can someone help?? I have tried everything.
