Spotify account cant log in

My Question or Issue

I can't log into my account anymore it's like it doesn't exist one night it was playing music I've never even heard of and since then i haven't been able to log in request password changes the only thing i can see about it is if i search up the username somebody bought premium on my spotify and then my account got taken down can i get some support for this please i have playlists on there with songs i don't remember the names to

The accounts name was artofchaos
