When I go to open my account on Spotify, I get a message saying: www.spotify.com is currently unable to handle this request. Anybody else with this problem? It happens on mobile and desktop.

The account page seems to be working fine for me, and there are currently no reported issues on the Spotify Status twitter account. Are you still experiencing this issue?
Do you experience the error when visiting Spotify.com or is the issue only on the account page?
I'm experiencing the same difficulties. I can log on to the website or the app, but as soon as I go to my account page it either shows a blank page or an error. Happens to me on my mobile phone, Firefox, Chrome and Explorer. I want to cancel my premium account, but this way it is impossible.
Same here. The account page refused loading when I tried joining a family group from a Premium trial account. Since then (it was yesterday), I cannot go to the account page. I tried on Chrome, Firefox and from the Desktop app.

Please try clearing the cache of your browser(s) and then try reopening the account page, or the page which is experiencing the problem.
If that does not resolve the issue, please try logging in with another account (possibly a family member or friend's account) and see if the problem persists.
