Spotify elimino mi familia

Hola, llevo usando un plan familiar por 4 años sin problemas y con pagos al día. El día 17 de sep, todos los miembros de mi plan fueron eliminados sin aviso ni nada. Los volví a agregar sin problemas, verificando la dirección y todo super bien, volvieron a quedar agregados. Al otro día, reviso y nuevamente todos fueron eliminados. Los volví a agregar, duraron como 24 hrs, y nuevamente todos eliminados.

Mi cuenta de administrador esta con el pago al día (Correspondiente al ultimo día del mes) A mi correo no me ha llegado ningún aviso o advertencia. 
Espero una pronta solución.

If the plan members were removed, they should've received an email notification explaining the reason for this action. We'd recommend getting in touch with them for more info on this issue.
