Spotify linked to phone contract. How leave contract, continue Spotify?

My Spotify account is linked to my Vodaphone contract. If I leave Vodafone, how do I continue with Spotify. Don't want to lose playlists etc!

Thanks Maxim but how do I continue using it?  How do I communicate with Spotify about taking over the payment etc without interruption?

Thanks for getting back.

Once your Spotify account reverts back to the free plan, you can upgrade to Premium again at https://spotify.com/premium

You keep your playlists and saved music when your account is free. You can also still log in and play with ads.
