Spotify logged by someone else

Hi there,

Recently my spotify has been randomly paused and shows 'your account is being used somewhere else'. I have changed my facebook passwords and removed all offline devices but it still happens. And there are many playlists I didn't listen to added to my music. Is my account connected to someone else? The playlists are really weird and it seems that someone is logged out due to my use of spotify.
