There are a few potential reasons why you're unable to connect Alexa to Spotify.

My first suggestion is that you check Alexa and Spotify Account Link:

    - Open the Alexa app on your phone.
    - Go to More > Settings > Music & Podcasts.
    - Ensure Spotify is listed under linked services. If not:
    - Tap Link New Service.
    - Select Spotify and log in using your Spotify credentials.
    - If it’s already linked, try unlinking and relinking Spotify.

You can also set Spotify as the Default Music Service. To do so, open the the Alexa app and:
 

- Go to Settings > Music & Podcasts > Default Services.
- Set Spotify as the default for music.

Finally, don't forget to update the Alexa app and Spotify app to the latest versions.
