Liebe Leute!

Anfangs habe ich ein Profil รผber Facebook angelegt und bin nach recht kurzer Zeit direkt Premium-Kunde geworden. Nun mรถchte ich allerdings meinen Facebook-Account dauerhaft lรถschen und kann trotz ordnungsgemรครŸer Zahlung fรผr diesen Monat nicht mehr auf mein Spotify-Konto zugreifen. Gerne wรผrde ich Spotify weiter in Anspruch nehmen - jedoch nicht, wenn der Zwang besteht weiterhin bei Facebook angemeldet sein zu mรผssen. Gibt es da eine Lรถsung? Komischerweise gibt es hierzu zwar im Support-Bereich einen Beitrag bei den allgemeinen Fragen; dieser ist jedoch inhaltsleer...

Hi,

 

Sorry, the forums only have support in English, but I think I understand your request: you created your account with Facebook and you'd like to separate Facebook and Spotify.

 

You'll have to get in touch with Spotify staff through the contact form, and they'll be able to sort this out for you. It will involve creating a new account and transferring over all playlists and subscriptions.

please fix my face book connection with spotify and keep these criminals out of my account.My follow feature has also been blocked , it needs your attention ..

The Problem is, that I already got in touch with Spotify, but they didn't answered my question.

All I got was an automatic response-mail, which said that I have to try to get help in the furom.

That was disappointing... Whatever, maybe I should try it a second time?

No problem, I wish I spoke German better! It's one of my life goals to become passably fluent.

 

Respond directly to the auto-response email and your case will be seen by a customer service representative, who will be able to help out.

 

 

@bobbbperrymusic: I'm sorry to hear about your issue - from what I understand, someone's taken overy our account? You'll have to get in touch with Spotify staff through the contact form, and they'll be able to sort this out for you. Make sure to list all of your issues clearly and they will be able to help you.

I for got my username and Passwort and nobody does reply me on the contact Form and i am playing for premium.
