Spotify says i have tried to login with my facebook account details

Hello, my email adress cant receive new password because when I try to reset my password it says it seams that I trying to use my Facebook details.

So right now, I can't login and can't receive new password.

The problem is that I have disconnected my mail adress from my facebook account, but the email adress is somehow still stored in spotify database.

I still have problem and get no support. My email adress is stored in Spotify database so I cant use it to create a  new account.
