Spotify shows Username not Profile Name of people that add songs to playlist.. Super confusing!

So I have a shared playlist with another person and we add songs to it. So it always would display the Profile Name of a person who added which song.. well now it shows the ridiculous long Usernames instead with random characters. What is going on?? Why can't I change this?

This is both on mobile app (android) and web version.

This issue has been reported here and is being worked on for a fix.

This should only affect the web player.
