Spotify subsctiption

Spotify subsctiption

I signed up for the $0.99 trial and the payment went through but I did not receive any receipt or anything whatsoever and my subscription is still set to 'free'. Thinking it didnt go through, I put the payment through a second time and checking my bank account, both payments are pending but my spotify is still on the free account. How can this issue be solved and will I be able to get a refund on one of the payments?

Sorry to hear about your payment issues 😞 I may be able to help.

The best way to ensure that Premium payment was confirmed is to receive an email receipt from Spotify. If that email isn't coming through for some reason, all you need to do is get in contact with Spotify support. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. You can also use the online contact form on this website if you would prefer to communicate by email.

 

In terms of the double charge, the extra pending charge should automatically cancel itself, but if it does not then you can contact Spotify support about a possible refund.
