Hi @Tombsy. Thanks for posting in the Spotify Community. 🙂

I assume that Spotify's cache is taking up that space. If you're able to, I'd recommend clearing it. To do this, you can follow these steps:

On Android:

  1. Go into your Settings app.
  2. Enter the "Apps" view.
  3. Tap "Spotify".
  4. Tap "Storage".
  5. Tap "CLEAR DATA".

On iOS:

  1. Select the Spotify icon by holding down the icon until it jiggles.
  2. Tap the red X icon.
  3. Reinstall the app via the App Store. Note: This is the only way to force clear the data for Spotify, as iOS doesn't really allow you to clear storage for independent apps and it WILL force you to log back in again due to the reinstallation.

On Windows:

  1. Go to "C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Local\Spotify\Storage".
  2. Delete all of the contents inside of that folder.

On macOS/OS X:

  1. Open up the Terminal (Space + Command -> Terminal).
  2. Type "sudo rm -rf ~/Library/Caches/com.spotify.Client/storage/*" and enter your user password.
  3. This will clear your entire storage cache.

Hopefully this helps you out. 🙂
