Spotify won't allow me to resubscribe

Spotify won't allow me to resubscribe

When Spotify came to my country i bought a Premium subscriprion and paid with card A. After a month I switched to Spotify Free and then after a week or so bought Spotify Unlimited (not without problems, I paid again with the card A, but Spotify wanted me to reauthorize the card and charged for it twice, while after the payment was through I got back the money only for 1 verification). After a month Spotify notified me that the resubscription was not possible (even though I had the money on my account) so I became Spotify Free user again. Now i want to switch back to Premium, but wanna pay with card B. Changed the payment details, the verification of the card B went through (got charged), but AGAIN Spotify notifies me that the payment is not possible (tried both 'resubscribe' option and 'switch to premium option'). My card is valid, there is money on my account, all the limits for internet payments are set just fine, I used to card earlier to internet payments and it all worked just perfect. I tried logging out and in again to my Spotify account, but it didn't work either. Spotify Help Desk wants me to contact my bank, but I think Spotify is the problem, not my bank. PLEASE HELP. I'm getting really mad with that.

Does your card meet all of the requirements outlined in this help page

Be aware that in order to verify the card exists, Spotify will charge the card a payment of £0. Some banks with increased security will block that payment meaning Spotify will fail to take payment.

Yes, my card meets al the requirements. Spotify already confirmed that my card exists and charged me 2 pln for that.  My bank didn't block that payment, so I guess it doesn't have any extra security issues. Therefore, I stil dunno why Spotify fails to charge the subscription fee.
