Still have no premium

Hi People,

 

Please could someone enlighten me on how to get premium back. I have followed the steps on the most populated post, so don't foward me to there and have conatcted the support team, but no answer. Do I need to buy premium again? I've checked and am still paying.

 

Please someone help, I'm lost without spotify.

 

Just to add I feel it's a bit ridiculous that there isn't a customer phone line.

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂 

 

Don't subscribe again, you will probably just end up being billed twice. 

This normally occurs when you have set up a premium subscription on one account and then have been logging in using another. It is very easy to do since you might have a Spotify username and password type account and a Facebook login account. Have you tried logging in by following the steps in this post? (The one you are referring to?)

 

If you are still having issues, can you post your case number from when you got in touch and I will escalate it to the community staff for you.

This is definitely problem, I have now took the facebook link off but still no premium back. Wish I had never linked in the first place.

 

A case number? 

Maybe I'm inputting the wrong field and hasn't gone into right query box? Which would you suggest?

00637669 this is my case, would be much appreciated if you could as haven't had a reply yet.

Joshyp65 - When were you last charged? Looking into your 'joshyp65' account now, it looks like the most recent payment didn't go through. We last took payment in February.

Remember to use the username 'joshyp65' and your Spotify password to log in, not your Facebook details.
