Student discount for previous month

Dear Spotify community,

You have been charging me 10 € per month for my spotify premium account from August to November because I forgot to reactivate my student discount with Unidays and somehow didn't see the automatic email. Is there any possibility to get the discount for those month when I can prove my student status ?

If you let them know as much as you can about your problem, they can hopefully reimburse you for that.
