Student discount

Student discount

I have sent my students id to spotify and used the contact form to address this issue. I am a full time student and I want my discount. I have been charged the regular rate again, and if I don't get this corrected I am contacting the FTC, the Attorney General of my State, and all social media outlets.

Hi there!

Unfortunately, if you didn't sign up as a student at first, you can't really hold Spotify liable for being billed as a regular user. If there was an issue with the form when you submitted your premium order and you're being charged Premium, but not getting service, then you have something to work with. 

 

Simply sending a student ID to Spotify Support doesn't enroll you in the student rate plan. What was your case number from the email? I can see if one of the Community Moderators can take a look for you.
