Subscribed to unlimited - payment has been taken - but am still on free.

Subscribed to unlimited - payment has been taken - but am still on free.

Hi, I subscribed two days ago to unlimited - payment has been taken on my credit card - but today my account has reverted to free (suddenly starting getting adverts) and it says I'm on free in my account details. How to fix please?

What device are you listening on? Unlimited only removes advertising on desktop and web player, it gives you the same service as Spotify Free on mobile and tablets. If you want ad-free experience on those devices, you need a Premium subscription.
