Hi,

 

I have been a spotify unlimited subscribed since October 2012. It worked normally for about a month, when after this month suddenly my account was changed back to a spotify free account. Everysince this day, I have been paying for my subscription, but not receiving the service I have been paying for. I have mailed you several times about this problem, never the less no response.

I would like to request a refund for the months that I have been paying - but where I have not received my subscription. This goes from October to April, so that would be 6 * 5,00  = 30,00 €

Hey there, thanks for posting. It seems you have two accounts, one Unlimited, one Free. If you use the username jimr92 rather than your email address, you'll get access to your Unlimited account.

Still, I have been using facebook to log in (log in with an e-mail). How should I have ever known that this was the solution? 

Since the Facebook and Spotify login systems are completely seperate unless you manually connect your Spotify account to Facebook you have been logging into a totally different account. 

 

If you get in touch with the team as Adam posted above they will be able to assist you further if you want to discuss a refund. Those cases are always dealt with by the customer services team on a one-to-one basis rather than here on the community.
