Subscription canceled but "failed payment"

Subscription canceled but "failed payment"

Hello Community,
I just recently canceled my premium subscription twice (didnt work the first time) and deleted all my paying informations from my account. Then I got 2 emails from spotify with them saying that my subscription couldnt be renewed due to lack of a payment method. (same in the app) I still have all premium features in my app and everything works fine. Can anyone help to fix this issue?
