I am being charged for the free subscription! Both accounts that I have say free subscription. I have checked any and all other possible devices. I just recently discovered I have been charged each month for over 6 months. I tried sending an email but was directed to use this form. I just want the charges to stop I really would like to be refunded and I want my credit card taking out so I will not be charged.
What direction should I do go from here, thanks.

Hey @Jspears78,

If you got an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.

 

Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
