Switch country

Switch country

Hi there, I need to update my card details. To do so, I have to switch country as I started my membership back in Australia and now live in France. 

I am unable to update the card details without updating the country, and it seems I am unable to change the country in my account profile. 

 

I have a premium subscription, and use IPhone 13 and MacBook Pro. 

Operations fail from doing it on the Mac on browser, and directly on the app.

Thanks for reaching out.

 

Just to clarify, your new payment method has been issued in France and the one that is currently on your account is issued in Australia?

 

In that case, you should be able to update it by following these steps:

  1. Log in to your account page.
  2. Under Your plan, click UPDATE next to your payment method.
  3. Enter a new payment method that was issued in your new country or region.

The changes will take effect from your next billing date.
