Switching from Fido to Family Plan.

Switching from Fido to Family Plan.

I cancelled Spotify with Fido so I could subscribe to the Family Plan but Spotify won't let me.  My account is indicating I'm still with Fido. I've signed out, deleted and reinstalled app., signed out of all accounts and signed back it. Fido hasn't been able to help me. I'm told contact Spotify by Fido and Spotify says it's at Fidos end. Advice?
