Synced Offline Playlists keep getting removed.

Hi all,

Hoping this is a known or easy one to fix but I seem to have an issue where the playlists I sync for offline usage get reset so they are no longer available offline. This appears to happen when my network settings change at work.

For example - When I'm at work I can only view emails over a secure network and to view anything online I have to switch to wifi thus losing email (yes this is a ridiculous way to work but the only way the system can handle both). I have setup two 'locations' on my mac for quick switching purposes but it seems everytime my computer restarts each day the offline playlists get wiped. I can however switch between the two locations throughout the day without it affecting the playlists. it's just upon restart.

ls this a security thing in Spotify I'm not aware of? Is there a way to avoid having to re-sync my playlists offline every day in order to listen to them while I'm on my email/offline?

That's not cool.

First off, we'd recommend reinstalling the app following these steps. Also, make sure you don't have any cache-clearing apps on your device.
