My trail ended and on the last day you charged me 10 pounds.

Except I cancelled my subscription and I've now paid 10 pounds for spotify free?!
This is disgusting, to top it off I have to register in these forums to get any kind of support because you don't have a contact number or email? For a paid service, really?

You will be premium until your next month ends - check on your subscription page (you may need to log out then into the client).
If you want a refund you should be able to contact customer services using the Support Form.

I do understand your issue - you cancelled your free trial on the day it expired, you were charged 9.99 and you still have a free account.

They've taken my money but I'm now on SPOTIFY FREE. So I paid for one month more but have not got spotify premium, i am on free. I am on free because I cancelled. They still took my money for next month.

The system gives you the amount of time you paid for. However, if you don't receieve a reponse I shall escalate it 🙂
