Technical Support

I have 3 iPhone 6's and each has a Spotify subscription. When I settjem up I had no idea what I was doing and mistakenly set them up under 1 profile. Now when 1 device is listening it kicks the orher off. I have tried my Mobile Company for support to fix it but they say to contact Spotify. Spotify say to contact my mobile company. Can anyone tell me how to fix this? This has been lime this for 9 months now....

Hey @jeffdstanton,

Spotify can be installed on as many devices as you like. And up to 3,333 songs can be synced for offline listening on up to three devices at a time.

However, you can only stream music on one device at a time. If you begin playback on another device, the playback on your current device will be paused.

This would be applicable if I only had 1 subscription. Each of the 3 phones has its own subscription so this should not be happening.

Hmm, so you have 3 Spotify accounts and 3 active Premium subscriptions (3x $10)?
