Hi.

 

I'm trying to reset my account which I made ages ago, and I don't remember the password to it, or the username. But when I try to make a new account it tells me I have one. When I try to reset the password it says "The email address you provided is not associated with an active Spotify account." I don't get why it won't let me reset the password if it's not active. It can't be active if I can't log into it.

 

Please would you be able to help me to get my account working, as I'd like to use it instead of having to use my Facebook one as it's getting quite annoying.

Can you contact support (1) please?

 

They usually reply within 1-2 days.
You'll get an automated reply email, on which you need to reply back.

Thanks for the feedback and I have done that. Just waiting for them to reply.

I have been a premium customer for 3 months. My email address is zcarpet0905@gmail.com. I can't log on to my account. They say my email does not exist
