Ive been using spotify for a while nopw but i've recently gotten a new bank card so the old subscription failed but when i try to set it back up i get the error

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

That is definitely weird, I am guessing you have an NUS card added to your account for discount?

I would suggest you will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to investigate what is going on here for you.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
