Trouble Making New Account

I'm trying to make a new account because I don't want my Spotify connected to my Facebook anymore as I might be closing the Facebook account it's connected to. I tried making a new account yesterday but it says my email address is already in use. I tried to reset my password and it sent me an email but the link didn't work. Now today when I tried again it said the email isn't linked to any account and won't send me a reset email, but when I tried to make a new account again it said the email was in use. Lol. 

Any help would be appreciated.

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

If you get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form they will be able to look into this a little closer for you. Normally when this happens your created account is in the system but an error has occured meaning it wasn't commited correctly. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

Thank you for the quick response. I did contact them last night, I'm probably being a bit impatient but it's just because my premium subscription has run out and I obviously don't want to renew it on my old account. Lol. 

I'll reply back to the email I got last night and see what happens. Thank you for your help. 🙂
