Trying to change my country using the recommend way

I am trying to switch my UK preimum account to Switzerland.

I followed the instructions i read here in the community and on the spotify account web site.

But when i come to put in my swiss credit card it says the country of the card and my account do not match.

I have tried cancel the subscription and doing it and also does not work.

Thanks for reaching out.

In this case, you'll need to cancel your current subscription and wait for it to end. Once it has ended, you can change your country setting through the dropdown menu here.

Once that's done, you can subscribe to your desired plan using your payment method that's been issued in Switzerland at https://spotify.com/premium.
