Unable to connect my existing account with my apple id..

Unable to connect my existing account with my apple id..

I already changed e-mail to match my apple id, but when i try to connect (login with apple id) nothing happens.. we couldnt find account that matches this apple id

Hey there!

 

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and welcome.

 

When nothing happens trying to connect the accounts, it usually means that the email registered in your Apple ID is hidden or different to the one registered on your Spotify account.

 

First, we'd recommend checking if the email address is different by following the steps of the final part of this article. If the email is the same one, we'd suggest checking if you have your email hidden in your Apple ID settings.

 

However, in case that you can't connect them after this, it's possible that the credentials of the account might be different. In this case, since we don't have access to users' accounts from the Community, we'd recommend contacting our Customer Support, so they can check your account and help you further.
