Unable to login due to change of country

Hi All,

Im from the Philippines which is reflected in my profile. I havent travelled anywhere since I used this service. However, Im unable to login due to supposedly change of country.

Hey @yanix -- the Spotify account connected to your Community profile was set to Singapore, but I've now changed that over to the Philippines. If you were definitely seeing the Philippines on your online overview previously, you must have a 2nd account, so it's worth getting in touch here and one of our support team will get back to you as soon as they can.

How long have you been using Spotify?

According to this link, Spotify is not yet available in the Philipines

Spotify lets people use it abroad for a maximum of 2 weeks

Try changing the country in your settings by followuing the instructions here:

https://support.spotify.com/us/learn-more/faq/#!/article/How-can-I-change-my-country-setting

Sorry. I forgot to indicate it in my initial post. Wiped, cache, data, uninstall. Turned off the device. Remove micro sd (potential solution from another issue). Turned on. Installed app from google play and still same issue.
