Unlinking my Rogers account

I want to downgrade my rogers account but I will loose my Spotify acocunt. How do I unlink it and start paying spearetly for Spotify? I have two accounts and would like to actually move to a family account.

Hey @chris_williams1, welcome to the Community!

 

In order to cancel your subscription through Rogers, you can contact them directly. Keep in mind that Premium for Family is not available in Canada.

Yes, but will lose my account all together? I want to be able to cancel my Rogers acount then pay for it directly.

You get to keep your account after cancelling the subscription through Rogers. You can then subscribe directly through us here.

Similar problem here. Rogers subscription ends September 12. We want to cancel the Rogers account and pay directly through you. However Rogers says we cancel through you (35 minute phone call and a lot of UMMMMS and AHHHHS) and your site says cancel through them. We want to pay you diectly and do NOT want to pay Rogers any additional charges.

 

Did you find a solution? I have the same problem here and I can't find how to fix it
