Unsubscribe from 7 day free subscription

I've been unsuccessful with my cancellation of this subscription. I've gone to my account clicked subscription and it asks me my debit card info and to subscribe. But there's no option for to unsubscribe and the websites Help menu suggests. Please help

There's no need to cancel a 7-day free trial subscription. It'll be automatically canceld after the 7 days and no charges will take place.
