I have a premium account with you guys for my card ending in [credit card last 4 digits removed] but there is no money in it anymore so switched the accounts. You guys are still charging my zero balance account and over drafting it. This shouldn't even be possible now I'm 100 dollars over drafted in my bank account can you please reverse this charge and help me I have no other way to contact you guys which is ridiculous because I'm pretty sure 99.9 percent of users would rather talk to some one rather then post there important questions on a form
