Upgraded to Premium Yesterday, Still Getting Ads and Playlists not Synced

Upgraded yesterday 3/17, and can make playlists on my cellphone but none of my old playlists have been imported, and on my desktop player I am still getting ads! Help?

That's odd! But feel free to try Edit - Log out and then Log in back.

You've made a duplicate account via Facebook and upgraded that one instead of 'cthrash'.

Not to worry. I've just replied to your email with steps on how we can sort this out.

The same thing is happening to me. I changed my cc info and paid, and im still gettings ads. Please help!

I would suggest you have a read at and try the steps outlined in this post and see if they can get it going for you.
