Upgraded to Premium but open account page still says Spotify Free

Upgraded to Premium w/30day free trial, under new username/ password.  Cancelled because account page still showed Spotify Free.

Now I'm not sure if I have 2 accounts or not????

Upgraded to Premium today- no free options to try.  No email confirmation for payment.  Cant un-subcribe at the moment. 

Account page still shows Spotify Free.  Still getting commercials

iphone shows Spotify but not allowing me to use Premium service. Haven't checked ipad yet.

I have installed new download Spotify, restarted computer and no change.

Suggestions?????

Forgot to mention that trying to upgrade directly from account page (top next to username) only offers Premium Family options.
