Using Spotify Free but being charged monthly.

Using Spotify Free but being charged monthly.

Earlier this year, I tried a 30 day trial of advertisement free Spotify but decided not to extend the offer.  Despite my account stating I am using Spotify Free, I am being charged monthly for a premum service.  Any help gratefully received.  Many thanks and Cheers!
