Using multiple computers with same account looks like different accounts on each computer

Using multiple computers with same account looks like different accounts on each computer

I normally use Spotify free on a home computer under 2 different Windows Vista profile, on my work laptop, and my work desktop.  I log into all 4 computers with the same account info (and not at the same time).  Until recently they all saw the same playlists, they looked/worked the same.  Now they look like different accounts even though I log in with the same username.  One location has the playlists and the rest do not.  On one computer I could even follow myself to see the playlists.  Can someone fix this?

Thank you,

Hi, and welcome to the community!

Are you 100% sure you're still logging in to the same account. It's surprisngly easy to have a facebook login (Fb email and password) and a Spotify login (Spotify username and password)!

If you are sure, it sounds like you might have a duplicate account, so I suggest you submit an online contact form; and someone at Spotify should be able to get rid of the account without the playlists for you.

If you get an automated reply; make sure to reply to it directly (even if it's from a no reply); and it will be sent to the Spotify staff.

Anthony 🙂
