VODAFONE UNDER 30 + SPOTIFY

VODAFONE UNDER 30 + SPOTIFY

Hi,

I'm a vodafone client whit the promotion "Vodafone Under 30" (Italy) activated on my number. I also activated a few months ago the Spotify Premium account as the vodafone promotion offers. Today Spotify has notified me that the subscription is ended, but the year of the promotion has not finished yet! How can i solve this problem? I have already spoken with Vodafone and I'm waiting for a response but I also want to hear what Spotify says.

Cheers!

Hey @Marzapicchio,

You have to reach out to Vodafone about this, as they're the one's managing your subscription.

I already talked to the switchboards vodafone, but they suggested I contact this site because their is active but does not allow me to make operations under the premium.

Thank you so much for availability

I'm sure that Spotify would love to be able to help you with your subscription issue, however as your Premium was set up through Vodafone, they're managing your subscription rather than Spotify. This means, they’ll be able to provide the best possible support for you, and they should be able to take a closer look at what's happening exactly.
