Vodafone + spotify premium

Hello spotify community,
I have a problem in turning off the premium account. On the spotify site I've read that I have a premium account and that I have to contact Vodafone if I want to disable it. But none of them can see my premium account. They say that, for them, I don't have a premium account subscripted whit Vodafone.
Do you have any ideas? Thank you

Thank you for the answer,but it's not what I was looking for. The problem is Vodafone, not Spotify, so I have to solve it with them.
